Production process
Glue dropping solar panel: (1) Evenly mix two different glues in proportion. (2) Put the adjusted glue into the glue dropping device, and then drop it onto the surface of the battery chip. (3) After dropping, vacuum. (4) After vacuuming, bake and solidify the epoxy resin adhesive on the surface. (5) Remove excess glue.
Laminated solar panel: (1) The surface is encapsulated with glass or PET or ETFE prepared in advance. (2) Laminate the glass/PET/ETFE/+EVA+battery piece+EVA+back material once. (3) After lamination, put it into the laminating machine for lamination (the temperature and time shall be within the specified range to prevent delamination) (4) Remove the excess glue after lamination.

The power of the glue dropping solar panel is generally 0.1W-6W, and it is used in small-scale use scenarios such as solar lawn lamps, solar wall lamps, solar crafts, solar toys, solar radios, solar flashlights, solar cell phone chargers, and small solar water pumps.
The power of the laminated solar panel can be more than 30mW-500W. It can be used in solar sights, solar cameras, solar cars, and solar portable lights, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
service life
The service life of the adhesive dropping solar panel is 2-3 years. The transparent adhesive dropping on the surface will slowly turn yellow over time, further affecting the service life of the solar panel. The service life of laminated solar panels is determined by their surface materials. The service life of PET solar panels is 3-5 years, that of ETFE solar panels is 5-10 years, and that of glass solar panels is 25 years. The service life of laminated panels is much longer than that of adhesive dropping solar panels.
Price
Under the same power, the adhesive dropping solar panel will be lower than the laminated solar panel, which is determined by its material, service life and safety. The choice of solar panels should be considered in combination with the customer’s own product needs and the pricing of the entire product.
